All information shared with AGC is handled confidentially and disclosed only when required—such as to employers for candidate evaluation, to candidates for process updates, or to authorized third parties for background checks and compliance services. For international clients, AGC may share necessary data with legal and payroll partners strictly for managing employees working under AGC in India. No information is shared without purpose, and all disclosures follow strict security procedures.
Data Security & Retention
AGC uses secure systems, restricted access, and encryption practices to protect all employer and candidate data from unauthorized access or misuse. Information is retained only for as long as needed for recruitment, payroll, or legal compliance, after which it is safely archived or deleted. Employers and candidates may request access, correction, or removal of their data, subject to legal obligations and operational requirements.
