Scope of Services & Information Accuracy

Altariya Global Connect (AGC) functions as a staffing and recruitment agency providing end-to-end hiring support, including candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordination on behalf of employers. All candidate information—including CVs, documents, interviews, and assessments—is shared based on data submitted directly by applicants or third-party platforms.

AGC takes reasonable steps to verify candidate details; however, we do not guarantee absolute accuracy, completeness, or authenticity of the information. Indian Employers are encouraged to conduct independent verification, background checks, or skill assessments where required. AGC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time without prior notice.

Hiring Structure for Indian & International Employers

AGC operates under two distinct staffing models:

A. International Employers (AGC Payroll & India-Based Workforce)

For international companies hiring talent based in India, AGC assumes responsibility as the official employer-on-record (EOR) within India.

Under this arrangement:

  • Selected employees remain on AGC’s payroll.

  • AGC manages onboarding, attendance, salaries, statutory compliance, documentation, and HR-related matters.

  • AGC monitors day-to-day performance within India, based on the client’s requirements.

  • AGC ensures adherence to Indian employment regulations, labour laws, and compliance standards.

  • International employers provide role expectations, tasks, and project directions, but operational responsibility within India is carried out by AGC.

AGC’s liability is limited strictly to payroll accuracy, compliance management, statutory obligations, and operational oversight within Indian jurisdiction only.

B. Indian Employers (Client Payroll & Workplace Management)

For Indian companies, candidates selected through AGC are hired directly by the employer and work at the employer’s office or designated location.

Under this model:

  • Candidates shift to the employer’s payroll upon joining.

  • All employment terms, performance evaluations, work culture, workplace behavior, disputes, and management responsibilities lie solely with the employer.

  • AGC is not responsible for employee behavior, workplace disputes, or performance after onboarding is finalized.

AGC acts only as a recruitment partner and does not hold liability once the candidate joins the employer’s organization.

Liability, Limitations & Employer Responsibilities

AGC’s responsibilities differ based on the hiring structure:

A. Liability for International Clients (India-Based Workforce)

AGC is responsible for:

  • Accurate and timely payroll management

  • Statutory compliance and labour law adherence

  • Maintaining proper employment records

  • Attendance, leave, and basic HR operations

  • Performance monitoring within India based on client guidelines

  • Employee support and grievance handling as per Indian regulations.

However, AGC is not liable for:

  • Project outcomes, business results, or productivity decisions made by the international employer

  • Instructions or directions given directly by the client

  • Losses or damages caused by changes in project scope, budget, or timelines

  • Any work performed outside the scope of AGC’s Indian jurisdiction.

B. Limitation of Liability for Indian Employers

AGC does not accept liability for:

  • Employee performance, conduct, behavior, or job output

  • Workplace injuries, disputes, or legal claims

  • Salary discrepancies after the employee is moved to the employer payroll

  • Any loss, damage, or consequences arising from hiring decisions.

C. General Limitation

In all scenarios, AGC is not responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, business interruption, employer-employee disputes, or information misrepresented by candidates or third parties.

Employers using AGC's services agree to:

  • Verify candidate information independently as needed

  • Provide accurate job descriptions and requirements

  • Take full responsibility for hiring decisions and employment terms

  • Respect all applicable legal and regulatory guidelines
