AGC provides services including, but not limited to:

• Talent sourcing, screening, and shortlisting

• Offshore team setup and management

• HR, payroll coordination, and compliance support

• IT and office infrastructure support

• Workforce monitoring and reporting

Final scope, deliverables, and commercial terms are defined in a separate written agreement executed between AGC and the client.

By using this website, you agree that:

• You will use the site only for lawful purposes.

Clients acknowledge that:

• AGC manages local employment, HR administration, and compliance for professionals engaged through our platform.

• Client does not directly employ, manage payroll, or assume statutory employer obligations unless otherwise stated in a formal service agreement.

All professionals remain under AGC’s local employment or contractual framework, subject to applicable laws.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate job descriptions and role requirements

• Participate in candidate interviews and final hiring approvals

• Use offshore team members only for lawful and ethical business purposes

• Maintain confidentiality of AGC’s proprietary processes and information

• Pricing is determined based on role requirements, skill level, experience, and market conditions.

• Final pricing is confirmed in writing before onboarding begins.

• Invoices must be paid within the payment terms specified in the client agreement.

• Late payments may result in suspension of services.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

All content on this website, including text, logos, branding, graphics, and design, is the intellectual property of AGC unless otherwise noted.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

AGC maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect client data and confidential information.

Clients agree to:
